Perfect: the A. Lange & Söhne service

To ensure that your A. Lange & Söhne timepiece operates flawlessly even after years, we recommend you have your watch serviced every three to five years. You have three options for submitting your watch for a service intervention: via A. Lange & Söhne Boutiques and authorised Retailers, via our international Service Centres or directly to the Manufactory.

Authorised Retailers & Boutiques

Visiting one of our Boutiques or a Retailer authorised by us is the simplest way of submitting your A. Lange & Söhne watch for an overhaul. Professional staff will forward your timepiece to the respective Service Centre. Please always submit your watch together with the guarantee documents.

Our Service Centres

You may submit your timepiece for overhaul to one of our international Service Centres or our Manufactory in Glashütte. We recommend that you entrust a valuables forwarder with the delivery of the timepiece and take out a transport insurance, or deliver it in person. It is essential that you always enclose the guarantee documents and comply with the shipping notes.
